Dealing With #Fibromyalgia #Numbness and #Tingling

There are not many theories as to what causes numbness and tingling for those suffering from fibromyalgia. Aside from the common fatigue symptoms that come with this autoimmune disease, people also experience side effects not spoken about too much. So why do so many with fibromyalgia experience intermittent numbness of the feet, legs and hands?

We offer a few possible reasons why:

  • Muscle spasms and muscle stiffness. Muscles that are tense, rigid and have spasms. Because of the muscles having spasms, sometimes they go numb.
  • Cold-induced vasospasm. Also referred to as Raynaud’s disease. One study suggests that people with fibromyalgia are more likely to have cold-induced vasospasm than their healthy counterparts.

  • Vitamin deficiency. A deficiency in vitamins mostly B-1, B-3, B-6, B-12, or E can cause neuropathy due to nerve damage. Peripheral neuropathy, a result of damage to your peripheral nerves, often causes weakness, numbness and pain, usually in your hands and feet. It can also affect other areas of your body.
  • Magnesium deficiency. Magnesium is a vital mineral. Being deficient can lead to increased muscle spasms. Sometimes pressure on the nerves cause numbness. *
If fibromyalgia numbness is something you experience with your fibromyalgia flare-ups, it’s important to tell your doctor. Sometimes it could be a symptom of other conditions such as multiple sclerosis, hypoglycemia or peripheral neuropathy in diabetes. We are only providing information, not trying to diagnose any disease. This Requires a medical diagnosis

I started out taking a different systemic enzyme (Arthur Andrew Medical 1 bottle) last November because I wanted to keep my arteries from being clogged up. I switched because Serracor NK is a better price. When I began taking systemic enzymes I had a ganglion cyst on my finger near my nail which I was told needed surgery because it kept opening and was damaging my nail. I put it off because of the cost. Now there is no sign of the cyst and it hasn't caused me pain in months. It will take longer to see if my nail returns to normal growth. I had read that systemic enzymes could get rid of a ganglion cyst but I didn't believe it. In my case it seems to have worked. Be sure to take the amount required. I started out with 3 caps 3 times a day, worked up 4, three times a day, then 5, three times a day. Now I take 6 twice a day. You may need to take it slower since some people are more sensitive. Maybe I take more than needed but after seeing my husband and mother go through so much because of clogged arteries I feel if it keeps me from having that problem it's worth it and I haven't encountered any physical negatives from that amount.

Serracor-NK is a powerful blend of enteric-coated Serrapeptase and Nattokinase. Systemic enzymes known for their fibrinolytic properties, with antioxidant herbs, CoEnzymeQ10 and magnesium. Serracor-NK supports a healthy circulatory system & normal fibrin metabolism. Supports the body’s natural response to inflammation including respiratory and sinus, and cardiovascular health.

Requires a medical diagnosis
A ganglion cyst is round, small, and usually painless. Although rare, it can be painful if it presses a nerve. In a few cases, the cyst can interfere with joint movement.
Can have no symptoms, but people may experience:
Pain areas: in the wrist, foot or finger joints
Also common: lump or pain in the affected area
There are more and more pop-up web pages with 10-12 vitamins necessary on a daily basis. I can assert that taking them wont hurt you, but it wont help very much at all. The regimen is exhausting. Try Serracor! Ancient herbs used in Chinese medicine have been known to do as much or more than taking twenty vitamins a day.

Common
More than 200,000 US cases per year
Treatable by a medical professional
Requires a medical diagnosis
Lab tests or imaging rarely required
Medium-term: resolves within months
The cause of ganglion cysts is unknown.

A ganglion cyst often clears on its own. If troublesome, it can be drained or removed.
